With remote support from HQ, LiuGong Russia service team completed the equipment assembly test and delivered the equipment to the customer. Two service engineers will remain on-site to provide support.

At the beginning of this year, Mr. Xie Ting, General Manager of LiuGong Russia, led a sales team to communicate with a Russian state-owned enterprise. Through an in-depth understanding of on-site working conditions and a detailed product comparison analysis, LiuGong won the trust of the customer by its reliable product performance, economical fuel consumption, and excellent aftermarket services. In the end, the customer expressed their intent to order hundreds of units. The first order was 4 units, which included the first SD15A to enter the Russian market.
