當(dāng)前，面對(duì)生產(chǎn)成本及人工成本不斷提升的現(xiàn)狀，企業(yè)效益沒有提升的情況下，三聯(lián)機(jī)械采用先進(jìn)的伺服技術(shù)，在干法制磚工藝上的應(yīng)用，改變了國內(nèi)制磚行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的變頻控制，并獲得了福建省首臺(tái)（套）重大技術(shù)裝備認(rèn)定，伺服技術(shù)成熟，應(yīng)用廣泛，可對(duì)礦山固廢、煤矸石、鐵尾礦、氣化渣、赤泥、粉煤灰等進(jìn)行過綜合利用，目前中大型生產(chǎn)線單班日消耗固廢資源的量可達(dá)500T以上。
